Address Services

Registered Office service – £99.99 plus VAT

What exactly is being renewed? Continued use of our London address as your limited company’s official address at Companies House. We forward on all official mail sent to your company free of charge.

Service Address service – £99.99 plus VAT

What exactly is being renewed? Continued use of our London address as your directors’ official address at Companies House. We forward on all official mail sent to your directors free of charge.

Reserve a Company Name Package

Reserve a Company Name Annual Renewal – £119.99 plus VAT

What exactly is being renewed? We shall continue to reserve your chosen company name by filing Annual Returns and dormant company accounts as well as dealing accordingly with any HMRC correspondence.
